Fat: 59.17g | Prot: 71.34g | Carb: 97.03g.   Breakfast:  Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Egg (Whole), Simply Fruit Strawberry, Light Butter. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Tomatoes, Corn, Black Olives, Avocados, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Banana Pepper, sugar free red bull. Dinner:  macaroni grill bread, macaroni grill caesar salad. Snacks/Other:  Red Table Wine.
