Fat: 25.33g | Prot: 28.81g | Carb: 139.52g.   Breakfast:  cashew. Lunch:  apple, brussel sprouts, carrot, cucumber, dried apricot, green beans, mushroom, sweet potatoe, tomatoe. Dinner:  Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Portabella Mushrooms, Tofu Shirataki Noodles. Snacks/Other:  Cracker Type Rice Cake, Low Fat Ice Cream Cones - Chocolate with Fudge, pineapple.
