Lunch:  Avocados, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Colby Jack Cheese, egg, Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  almond, almond breeze, banana, Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt, Protein Powder, Chocolate.
