Fat: 96.57g | Prot: 105.48g | Carb: 261.50g.   Breakfast:  Regular Coffee, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Bananas, Light Fat Free Strawberry Orange Sunrise Yogurt, Special K Red Berries Cereal, Spring Valley vitamin d, centrum multi vitamin. Lunch:  White Enriched Bread, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Light Mayo, Fully Cooked Bacon, Shortbread Cookies, Pepsi Max (Can). Dinner:  Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese and Lettuce, Tortilla Corn Chips, Pepsi Max (Can), Salsa. Snacks/Other:  Pepsi Max (Can), Water.
