Fat: 96.57g | Prot: 105.48g | Carb: 261.50g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, centrum multi vitamin, Light Fat Free Strawberry Orange Sunrise Yogurt, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Regular Coffee, Special K Red Berries Cereal, Spring Valley vitamin d. Lunch:  Fully Cooked Bacon, Light Mayo, Pepsi Max (Can), Shortbread Cookies, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), White Enriched Bread. Dinner:  Pepsi Max (Can), Salsa, Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese and Lettuce, Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Pepsi Max (Can), Water.
