Fat: 40.19g | Prot: 88.44g | Carb: 187.71g.   Breakfast:  banana, cinnamon bread with cinnamon bursts, Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Lunch:  salad, spaghetti. Dinner:  chicken breast, mashed potato, salad. Snacks/Other:  triscuits low sodium.
