Fat: 60.46g | Prot: 112.68g | Carb: 306.40g.   Breakfast:  Total 0% Greek Yogurt (Fage), Cocoa Powder (Trader Joe's), MEDAGLIA D'ORO INST COF, Fat Free Milk, (frozen) Dark Sweet Cherries, Fresh ground dry roasted almond butter. Lunch:  Water, Bread, homemade whole wheat flax, Red Tomatoes, Black Forest Ham, Deli Thin Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese, Yellow Mustard, Fuji Apples. Dinner:  Kat's Cowboy Casserole, orange. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Vanilla Chocolate Combo, Cranberry Orange Muffin Cookie, Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Cookies 'n Cream Truffle, Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie.
