Fat: 60.46g | Prot: 112.68g | Carb: 306.40g.   Breakfast:  (frozen) Dark Sweet Cherries, Cocoa Powder (Trader Joe's), Fat Free Milk, Fresh ground dry roasted almond butter, MEDAGLIA D'ORO INST COF, Total 0% Greek Yogurt (Fage). Lunch:  Black Forest Ham, Bread, homemade whole wheat flax, Deli Thin Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese, Fuji Apples, Red Tomatoes, Water, Yellow Mustard. Dinner:  Kat's Cowboy Casserole, orange. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie, Cranberry Orange Muffin Cookie, Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Cookies 'n Cream Truffle, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Vanilla Chocolate Combo.
