Fat: 26.33g | Prot: 29.70g | Carb: 101.12g.   Breakfast:  Cashew Nuts, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Pineapple Juice, Raisin Bread, Raisin Bread, Walnuts. Lunch:  lobnobs, Pickled Beetroot. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bread.
