Lunch:  Atkins-friendly Chicken Salad, gorgonzola, lettuce, black olives, ranch dressing, colby jack cheese. Dinner:  hot dog, grated cheese, tomato, ranch dressing, lettuce, sharp cheese, Colby Jack Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Equal Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets, half half, decalf coffee, atkins shake, decalf coffee, half half, Equal Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets, vanilla extract.
