Lunch:  Atkins-friendly Chicken Salad, black olives, colby jack cheese, gorgonzola, lettuce, ranch dressing. Dinner:  Colby Jack Cheese, grated cheese, hot dog, lettuce, ranch dressing, sharp cheese, tomato. Snacks/Other:  atkins shake, decalf coffee, decalf coffee, Equal Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets, Equal Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets, half half, half half, vanilla extract.
