Lunch:  Asparagus Risotto, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Avocados, Cheddar Cheese, Flour Tortillas (Fajita Size), Ground Beef, Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Red Delicious Apples, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges).
