Fat: 66.15g | Prot: 89.71g | Carb: 170.92g.   Breakfast:  Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Egg (Whole), Simply Fruit Strawberry, Light Butter. Lunch:  Cheese Pizza, Red Bull Energy Drink (8.4 oz). Dinner:  Tomatoes, Avocados, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Corn, Black Olives, Banana Pepper, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), egg, colby jack cheese. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt, Hazelnut Spread, Peanut Butter.
