Fat: 66.15g | Prot: 89.71g | Carb: 170.92g.   Breakfast:  Egg (Whole), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Light Butter, Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Simply Fruit Strawberry. Lunch:  Cheese Pizza, Red Bull Energy Drink (8.4 oz). Dinner:  Avocados, Banana Pepper, Black Olives, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), colby jack cheese, Corn, egg, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Hazelnut Spread, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt, Peanut Butter.
