Fat: 70.63g | Prot: 63.05g | Carb: 296.62g.   Breakfast:  Regular Coffee, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Bananas, Light Fat Free Strawberry Orange Sunrise Yogurt, Special K Red Berries Cereal, Spring Valley vitamin d, centrum multi vitamin. Lunch:  Pepsi Max (Can), Peanut Butter Bells, Chewy Trail Mix Bars - Cranberry & Pomegranate. Dinner:  Hard Roll, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Light Mayonnaise, Natural Blends - Cheddar-Mozzarella Cheese Slices, Tortilla Corn Chips, Salsa, Pepsi Max (Can), Apple Pie, Old Fashioned All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream.
