Fat: 79.81g | Prot: 73.17g | Carb: 137.38g.   Breakfast:  Asiago Cheese Artisan Bread, merkts cheese, peanut butter, red beans and rice. Lunch:  chips, tuna sandwich. Dinner:  asparagus, carrots, cheese sauce, chicken thigh, pasta, white wine. Snacks/Other:  Cashew Nuts.
