Fat: 17.24g | Prot: 54.24g | Carb: 173.98g.   Breakfast:  Skim Milk, Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal. Lunch:  Whole Wheat Bagel, Light & Fit Yogurt - Raspberry. Dinner:  Sliced Beef Meal with Gravy Mashed Potatoes and Peas in Seasoned Sauce, Skim Milk. Snacks/Other:  Skim Milk, Skim Milk, Carbmaster Raspberry Yumberry, Ice Cream Bars - Dark Chocolate Raspberry, 90 Calorie Chewy Bars - Chocolate Caramel & Pretzel, raspberries.
