Lunch:  Egg, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bread, Raisin Bread, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
