Fat: 67.22g | Prot: 51.22g | Carb: 233.78g.   Lunch:  Asiago Ranch Chicken Club, French Fries (Medium), Sprite (Small Cup). Dinner:  Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Low Calorie Lemonade, Sliced Pepperoni. Snacks/Other:  Brisk Strawberry Melon.
