Fat: 94.53g | Prot: 80.40g | Carb: 31.30g.   Lunch:  swiss cheese, chicken breast, mayo with olive oil, cream cheese, raw green onion. Dinner:  short ribs, broccoli, diet coke, grated cheese. Snacks/Other:  Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, pork rinds, decalf coffee, half half, Equal Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets.
