Fat: 66.48g | Prot: 88.88g | Carb: 181.38g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Chicken Salad, Chips and Salsa Baja, Tequila. Dinner:  Macaroni or Pasta Salad with Chicken, Peanut Butter Icing Chocolate Cake.
