Lunch:  Club Reduced Fat Crackers, Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, Select Harvest Tomato Basil Soup, Turkey Pepperoni. Dinner:  chicken breast, hot sour soup. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added).
