Fat: 20.09g | Prot: 37.50g | Carb: 129.32g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  lobnobs, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Kefir Bio, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bread, Raisin Bread, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
