Fat: 81.02g | Prot: 159.85g | Carb: 390.95g.   Breakfast:  Biscuit Cereals - Island Vanilla, Cream Substitute (Liquid), Whole Milk. Lunch:  Anything & Everything Salad, Bacon, Grape Jelly, Peanut Butter, Toasted Pumpernickel Bread. Dinner:  Cheese Filled Tortellini, Fried Chicken Breast No Coating (Skin Not Eaten), Marinara Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Builder's Bar - Chocolate, Thirst Quencher Lemon-Lime Instant Mix.
