Fat: 73.73g | Prot: 70.99g | Carb: 197.99g.   Breakfast:  butter, cherry jam, crumpets, peanut butter, merkts cheese. Lunch:  Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy) in Tomato-Based Sauce, Spaghetti, Milk Chocolate Candies. Dinner:  New Orleans Style Red Beans & Rice, Italian Sausage, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Cashew Nuts.
