Fat: 19.69g | Prot: 32.91g | Carb: 116.31g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Lunch:  Onions, Chicken Breast, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Raisin Bread, Raisin Bread.
