Fat: 71.86g | Prot: 82.23g | Carb: 144.59g.   Breakfast:  Egg (Whole), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Light Butter, Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Simply Fruit Strawberry. Lunch:  Black Beans, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Colby Jack Cheese, Corn, Salsa. Dinner:  Club Crackers Minis, Cream Cheese Shrimp Dip, Merlot Wine, Prosecco. Snacks/Other:  Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Natural Peanut Butter, Simply Fruit Strawberry.
