Fat: 103.80g | Prot: 76.07g | Carb: 242.06g.   Breakfast:  Orange Juice (Bottled or in a Carton, Canned), Sausage Breakfast Wrap. Lunch:  1% Fat Milk, Maple Syrup, Special K Original. Dinner:  Barbecued Pork Spareribs with Sauce (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Coca-Cola Zero (Can), Liqueur with Cream, Mixed Nuts, Orange Juice (Bottled or in a Carton, Canned), Peanut Butter Cup, Sour Cream and Onion Flavor Potato Chips, Vodka.
