Fat: 60.04g | Prot: 88.78g | Carb: 186.80g.   Breakfast:  1% Milk, Almond Butter, Black Raspberry jam, Cinnamon, Coffee, Fage Greek Yogurt, Steel Cut Oats. Lunch:  Asian Toasted Sesame dressing, Chicken or Turkey Vegetable Soup (Home Recipe), mixed greens, Raw vegetables. Dinner:  312 Beer, Cabbage Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Almond MIlk, banana, EAS lean 15, Pecan, Rolo.
