Fat: 48.85g | Prot: 99.44g | Carb: 149.81g.   Breakfast:  Egg (Whole), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Light Butter, Simply Fruit Strawberry. Lunch:  Avocados, Black Beans, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Colby Jack Cheese, Corn, Salsa. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Merlot Wine, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt.
