Fat: 122.31g | Prot: 106.06g | Carb: 305.48g.   Breakfast:  rice krispies, 2% milk, bread, bacon broiled. Lunch:  brown bread, tomato, feta cheese, brown bread, pate, cheese. Dinner:  chicken pie, apple, yoghurt, hot chocolate. Snacks/Other:  latte, stollen, Penguin Biscuit.
