Fat: 78.65g | Prot: 123.40g | Carb: 310.29g.   Breakfast:  Shreddies with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Coffee with Milk. Lunch:  Grapes, lettuce, Hovis Best of Both, Olive Spread, Cooked Sliced Chicken Breast in Sweet Chilli Marinade. Dinner:  chicken casserole, baked potato, muller light. Snacks/Other:  ale, Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts, ale, ale, red wine.
