Fat: 123.29g | Prot: 94.49g | Carb: 159.84g.   Breakfast:  Ice Cream Bars - Dark Chocolate Raspberry, Carbmaster Raspberry Yumberry, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Apples. Lunch:  Smokehouse Bacon Triple Cheese Big Mouth Burger, Crispy Onion String & Jalapeno Stack with Ranch. Dinner:  Meat Loaf, Potato, Red Salsa. Snacks/Other:  Sugar Free Popsicles.
