Fat: 76.08g | Prot: 112.80g | Carb: 46.04g.   Breakfast:  Total Lean Shake - Swiss Chocolate (Bottle). Lunch:  street dog, butter, cauliflower, lemongrass. Dinner:  chicken thigh, parsley, mint, garlic, peanut flour, cocoa nibs, cocoa powder, truvia. Snacks/Other:  atkins peanut butter, cheese string, Black Forest Ham.
