Fat: 76.08g | Prot: 112.80g | Carb: 46.04g.   Breakfast:  Total Lean Shake - Swiss Chocolate (Bottle). Lunch:  butter, cauliflower, lemongrass, street dog. Dinner:  chicken thigh, cocoa nibs, cocoa powder, garlic, mint, parsley, peanut flour, truvia. Snacks/Other:  atkins peanut butter, Black Forest Ham, cheese string.
