Fat: 63.43g | Prot: 50.80g | Carb: 208.99g.   Breakfast:  Hot Chocolate (Small), Plain Bagel, Plain Cream Cheese. Lunch:  Balsamic Vinegar, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cucumber (with Peel), Grape Tomatoes, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types). Dinner:  Crispy Chicken Strips, Ginger Ale.
