Fat: 66.07g | Prot: 105.85g | Carb: 148.72g.   Breakfast:  Egg (Whole), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Light Butter, Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Simply Fruit Strawberry. Lunch:  Granny Smith Apples, Real Mayonnaise, vitacoco, White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Avocados, Banana Pepper, Black Olives, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Corn, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  almond breeze, banana, Colby Jack Cheese, Egg, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Protein Powder, Chocolate, Rich All Chocolate Cookie with Chocolate Filling or Chocolate Chips, sugar free red bull.
