Fat: 66.07g | Prot: 105.85g | Carb: 148.72g.   Breakfast:  Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Egg (Whole), Simply Fruit Strawberry, Light Butter. Lunch:  White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, Real Mayonnaise, Granny Smith Apples, vitacoco. Dinner:  Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Banana Pepper, Black Olives, Corn, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Avocados, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, sugar free red bull, banana, almond breeze, Protein Powder, Chocolate, Rich All Chocolate Cookie with Chocolate Filling or Chocolate Chips, Egg, Colby Jack Cheese.
