Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Skim Milk, Ultra Thin Sliced Provolone Cheese, Real Mayonnaise, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Real Mayonnaise, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Provolone Cheese. Dinner:  Simple Favorites Four Cheese Cannelloni. Snacks/Other:  carbmaster raspberry yumberry, Sugar Free Popsicles, Layered Granola Bar - Dark Chocolate Coconut, Skim Milk.
