Fat: 57.41g | Prot: 86.53g | Carb: 100.28g.   Breakfast:  Egg (Whole), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Light Butter, Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Simply Fruit Strawberry. Lunch:  Cheese Pizza, Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz). Dinner:  Granny Smith Apples, Real Mayonnaise, White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Soymilk, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt.
