Fat: 47.50g | Prot: 91.00g | Carb: 111.00g.   Breakfast:  great value original liquid eggs, jennie o 85% lean ground turkey, kraft parmesan cheese, yoplait greek vanilla yogurt. Dinner:  green giant garden vegetable medley, grilled and ready tyson chicken. Snacks/Other:  banana, blue diamond low sodium almonds, red seedless grapes, silk original.
