Fat: 82.31g | Prot: 110.98g | Carb: 31.95g.   Breakfast:  coconut oil, deviled egg, egg, flax. Lunch:  anchovi, basil, oil, shirataki, spinach, whey iso burst french vanilla cream. Dinner:  broccoli, roast beef. Snacks/Other:  atkins peanut butter, celery, prosciutto, tomato.
