Fat: 72.71g | Prot: 72.21g | Carb: 153.10g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Microwaved, Cooked), Grape Tomatoes, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Toasted Oatmeal Bread. Dinner:  Green Leaf Lettuce, Light Ranch Salad Dressing, Mashed Potato (from Fresh), STOUFFER'S MAC AND CHEESE. Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Special K Protein Shake - Milk Chocolate.
