Fat: 14.39g | Prot: 51.56g | Carb: 278.78g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Sliced Lite Bartlett Pears in Extra Light Syrup, Special K Red Berries. Lunch:  Blueberries, Kiwi Fruit, Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla, Raspberries, Special K Protein Shake - Milk Chocolate, Strawberries. Dinner:  Campanelle Pasta, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Ragu Robusto Sweet Italian Sausage & Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Country Italian Bread, Dum Dum Pops.
