Fat: 14.39g | Prot: 51.56g | Carb: 278.78g.   Breakfast:  Special K Red Berries, Milk (Nonfat), Sliced Lite Bartlett Pears in Extra Light Syrup. Lunch:  Special K Protein Shake - Milk Chocolate, Strawberries, Raspberries, Kiwi Fruit, Blueberries, Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla. Dinner:  Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Ragu Robusto Sweet Italian Sausage & Cheese, Campanelle Pasta. Snacks/Other:  Country Italian Bread, Dum Dum Pops.
