Fat: 45.04g | Prot: 48.66g | Carb: 163.08g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Apples. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Cheez-It Original Snack Crackers, Natural Peanut Butter, Skinless Beef Frankfurters. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, simple favorites - cheese ravioli with chunky tomato sauce. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Ice Cream Bars - Dark Chocolate Raspberry, Milk (Nonfat).
