Fat: 33.83g | Prot: 38.29g | Carb: 133.63g.   Breakfast: Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Dinner: Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg, Red Tomatoes, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Goats Cheese (Hard) , Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bread.
