Fat: 50.01g | Prot: 72.94g | Carb: 25.64g.   Breakfast:  coffee, non dairy creamer, cinnamon, publix eggstirs, colby jack cheese, red onion, mustard, lettuce, black olives. Lunch:  mustard, ranch dressing, black olives, lettuce, publix roasted turkey breast, publix roast beef. Dinner:  shrimp, jicama, celery, cream cheese, lemon. Snacks/Other:  bouillon, atkins shake, decalf coffee, half half, pork rinds.
