Slow progress. :( Its been very challenging over this holiday weekend not to eat, then left overs and treats at work. Ugh!!

Fat: 22.09g | Prot: 27.57g | Carb: 125.00g.   Breakfast:  BANANAS AND CREAM OATMEAL, coffee, water. Lunch:  spinach and mushroom pizza lean cuisine. Snacks/Other:  NACHO DORITOS, water, YOGURT STRAWBERRY AND BANANAS.
