Fat: 54.13g | Prot: 100.64g | Carb: 24.07g.   Breakfast:  mustard, coffee, publix eggstirs, red onion, non dairy creamer, ground sirloin, colby jack cheese. Lunch:  ranch dressing, lettuce, swiss cheese, publix roast beef, publix roasted turkey breast, black olives, mustard. Dinner:  chicken livers, tamari, cabbage, onions. Snacks/Other:  celery, atkins shake.
