Fat: 54.13g | Prot: 100.64g | Carb: 24.07g.   Breakfast:  coffee, colby jack cheese, ground sirloin, mustard, non dairy creamer, publix eggstirs, red onion. Lunch:  black olives, lettuce, mustard, publix roast beef, publix roasted turkey breast, ranch dressing, swiss cheese. Dinner:  cabbage, chicken livers, onions, tamari. Snacks/Other:  atkins shake, celery.
