Lunch: Pickled Beetroot, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Goats Cheese (Hard), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bread, Raisin Bread, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
