Lunch:  Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten), Pickled Beetroot, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Goats Cheese (Hard), Raisin Bread, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Raisin Bread.
