Fat: 67.15g | Prot: 38.09g | Carb: 16.85g.   Breakfast:  Calorie Free Sweetener, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Whipped Heavy Cream. Lunch:  asparagus, Egg, ham, mushroom, smoked gouda, spinach. Dinner:  cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese. Snacks/Other:  cucumber, maries caesar dressing, romaine lettuce.
