Fat: 44.55g | Prot: 69.80g | Carb: 179.44g.   Breakfast:  boiled egg, clementine, coffee, light yogurt, salted caramel mocha creamer. Lunch:  Pomegranate Pick-Me-Up (Make It Light). Dinner:  Green Beans, Grilled Chicken DRUMSTICK, Grilled Chicken Thigh, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy. Snacks/Other:  Raspberry Cheesecake Sundae, starbucks refresher.
