Fat: 18.99g | Prot: 56.97g | Carb: 185.54g.   Breakfast:  ready bacon, ghirardelli, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), whole wheat english muffin thomas, egg beaters . Lunch:  sara lee bread, turkey, miracle whip, green leaf lettuce, apple, Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, hippie chips memphis blues barbecue. Dinner:  tomatoes, Select Harvest Light Southwestern Style Vegetable Soup. Snacks/Other:  Clementines.
