Fat: 18.99g | Prot: 56.97g | Carb: 185.54g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), egg beaters , ghirardelli, ready bacon, whole wheat english muffin thomas. Lunch:  apple, green leaf lettuce, hippie chips memphis blues barbecue, miracle whip, Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, sara lee bread, turkey. Dinner:  tomatoes, Select Harvest Light Southwestern Style Vegetable Soup. Snacks/Other:  Clementines.
