Fat: 48.82g | Prot: 96.69g | Carb: 168.86g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, eggs, kiwi, Oatmeal My Way. Lunch:  celery, cucumber, hummus, sweet yellow pepper, Viva Las Veggie Chili. Dinner:  chicken breast, swiss chard, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  international delight, krave kellogs, milk chocolate hershey's, plentils, tassimo.
