Fat: 48.51g | Prot: 80.65g | Carb: 146.42g.   Lunch:  Candied Sweetpotato, pumpkin pie, turkey gravy, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted), turkey stuffing. Dinner:  1% milk, Diet Sierra Mist, can, Fritos original corn ships, Quaker Oats reduced sugar oatmeal. Snacks/Other:  colby jack cheese sticks, reduced fat, Nutri Grain cereal bar, apple.
