Fat: 50.95g | Prot: 41.15g | Carb: 151.97g.   Breakfast:  Clover Honey, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Porridge. Lunch:  Gouda Cheese. Dinner:  Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Snacks/Other:  4 Finger Kit Kat, Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bread, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
